Money Tree Fundraising was contracted to support the development of a proactive major donor programme through advice, counsel and ideas. This has included interviewing donors, developing a strong case for support, coaching the major donor officer and working together to develop an innovative donor engagement event.

At the first disaster appeal launched subsequent to this engagement work, high-value donors gave more, and gave more swiftly than any previous appeal.
